Robotic palletizing
Plan the load, the tool and the working space together.
Where to begin
Pallet geometry can screen a proposed pattern, but the cell also has to grip the case, reach the far corner and exchange a full pallet. Keep case mass separate from tool mass. Ask for a demonstration of the least convenient layer and recovery condition, rather than accepting a repeat of an easy mid-layer cycle.
Begin with the calculation guide for the load envelope, then use the AMT case analysis to identify the cell integration evidence still needed.
Choose the question you need to answer
Use Cobot Palletizing: Integration Checks Beyond the Robot to write a cell acceptance record around the product, tool and pallet exchange.
Use Palletization Calculations: Constraints Beyond the Layer Pattern to calculate a geometric starting point and expose excluded constraints.
Before releasing a warehouse stacking recipe, use the warehouse palletization pattern and stability guide to check case support, load height and handling conditions together.
Use the pallet dispenser machine guide to size the empty-pallet magazine and the release onto the infeed conveyor before the cell asks for the next pallet.
What to carry into an equipment or material review
Bring the actual package identifiers, the previous accepted condition and a record of the failure or change you are investigating. Label unmeasured values as unknown. Ask the responsible supplier to connect each proposed setting to the specific equipment and material combination.
