Start with an integration boundary

Each guide addresses a concrete end-of-line engineering task: defining a bottle-grouping infeed ahead of a case packer, sizing a zero-pressure accumulation buffer, screening a pallet layer pattern, or qualifying unit-load containment. We structure the analysis around physical handoff boundaries and link the primary OEM technical documentation at the end of every article.

Primary sources and attribution

Manufacturer documentation—such as technical releases and application guides from Sidel, Applied Manufacturing Technologies (AMT), FANUC, Hytrol, Lantech, and Signode—establishes the published operating principles and system boundaries of each machine class. Our worksheets and acceptance tables translate those principles into floor-level verification steps for factory and site acceptance testing.

Diagrams and photography

Vector schematics and photographs illustrate conveyor accumulation zones, end-of-arm tooling load offsets, layer pattern orientations, and stretch-wrap versus strapping restraint paths so engineers can inspect interface boundaries clearly.

Revision stewardship

Articles display their latest review month. When cited OEM documentation or industry standards are updated, affected guides are revised and stamped with an updated review date. About the publication.
